Over the years, I have seen so many ineffective street side marketing efforts from homeowners having garage sales.  From this frustration, I had a visions to develop a free solution to provide to people in my community to give them a chance to reap the benefits my system, without the excessive costs involved with creating the signage, buying an adequate quantity, and knowing where to place the signs.  

What the kit does- 

This kit provides effective, readable signs with directional arrows to guide people to your garage sale.  No addresses, or dates on the sign. this is intentional.  The text for this info is often too small, and prevents people from making the turn.  We keep it simple, and let people follow our bread crumbs.  In the kit I also provide you with direction on how many signs to use, where to place them, and when to put them out.   (I provide 20-30 signs per garage sale, this may seem like a lot, but I am removing the high cost from you, so now you just need to stick them in the ground and benefit from the strategy I provide)

What is not included- 
in order to make this kit re-usable, I do not include any signage with Times/Dates/Addresses... The only place you need this info is at your driveway.  Once people have followed the bread crumbs to your home, you will want a large sign (Yellow, Orange, or some other bright vibrant color) with the basic information (I will provide examples in the kit) 

So really all you need is 1 or 2 pieces of poster board, a super thick sharpie to write the information, and a stick to stab in the ground....
